Cut and bent under one roof
Most sheet metal parts need more than a flat profile. We laser cut your part, then form it on our 140-ton CNC press brake, which bends parts up to 10 feet long. Fewer hand-offs means fewer chances for mistakes and a faster turnaround for your project.

Materials
Carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum, in the same thicknesses we laser cut. The CNC backgauge keeps every bend in the same spot, part after part, so a batch of 50 matches the first one.
How to order bent parts
- Upload the flat pattern DXF on the instant quote page (or describe the part to the AI designer).
- Check This part needs bending. You still get the instant cutting price.
- Add bend notes: direction (up or down), angle and inside radius. A PDF or sketch helps.
- The shop reviews the bends and reaches out to confirm the bending price before anything is made.
Tips for parts that bend well
- Send the flat pattern, not the folded 3D shape. Fusion, SolidWorks and Inventor can all export a flat pattern DXF.
- Keep holes and slots away from bend lines so they do not stretch. A good rule is at least two to three times the material thickness.
- Very short flanges are hard to form. If you are not sure, ask and we will check before you order.
- Not sure about the flat size or K-factor? Send the finished dimensions and we can help with the flat pattern.
Bending FAQ
Do I get an instant price for bent parts?
Yes, for the laser cutting. Bending depends on the number of bends, setups and tooling, so the shop confirms it and reaches out before your order is final.
Can you bend parts that were cut somewhere else?
Call or send us a message with the material, thickness and drawing, and we will let you know.
Do you serve Houston?
Yes. We are in Conroe, just north of Houston on I-45, and serve The Woodlands, Spring, Kingwood, Humble, Tomball and the rest of the Houston area. Local pickup is available at the shop.
