We cut stainless steel sheet and plate from 0.040" up to 1/4" thick on our 3000W laser, with a full 5′ × 10′ table for large parts and full sheets. Grade, thickness and stock availability are confirmed with your quote.

Thicknesses we cut
0.040", 0.063" (1/16), 0.090", 0.125" (1/8), 0.190" (3/16) and 0.250" (1/4). Need something else? Ask and we will check.
Design tips for stainless
Keep holes at least as wide as the material is thick, and leave a little extra room around small features on thicker plate. Submit a flat 2D DXF at 1:1 scale and see our DXF file guidelines for more.
Not sure which grade?
Tell us the grade you need, such as 304 or 316, and where the part will be used. The shop will confirm stock and whether it suits the job.
