Conroe Laser Solutions is a laser cutting shop in Conroe, Texas. We cut carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum sheet and plate on a 3000W laser with a full 5′ × 10′ table, so we can run anything from a single small bracket to full-size sheets of parts. What we cut
- Carbon steel: brackets, gussets, base plates, mounting plates, tabs and structural parts.
- Aluminum: enclosure panels, signs, nameplates, lightweight brackets and marine or trailer parts.
- Stainless steel: food and kitchen equipment parts, marine hardware, enclosures, signs and corrosion-resistant brackets, 0.040" to 1/4" thick.
- Prototypes and production runs: one part or hundreds, with the same file.
- Bending: we also bend parts. Tick "This part needs bending" when you quote and the shop will confirm bending with you.
